Episode 8 of The Happy Hour Podcast is a Meaningful Conversations episode with Emily Gillies.
Emily is one of my good friends and someone who has been in the health and fitness industry for as long as she can remember. She is also a national trainer and presenter for Les Mills Asia Pacific, a wellness entrepreneur who runs an online business, personal trainer, group fitness extraordinaire, and competitive surf lifesaver. As an animal lover and full time vegan, she brings her unconditional love approach for the furry, feathery and fluffy ones into her day-to-day living.
Today, she talks the talk and walks the walk on all things wellness especially when it comes to animal welfare. As a queen of healthy hustlers, Em and I got to know one another every more over a cuppa and brekkie.
We spoke about her approach to wellness and balance in her life where she unveils her little life hacks on how she keeps that bundle of bubbly joy every single day. Lots of laughs, lots of truths and my personal favourite moment was when I asked her about the three key messages she would like to leave behind as her legacy! It gave me goosebumps as we can clearly hear and sense the drop and grounding energy towards this part of the conversations.
If you are an animal lover, a transitioning vegetarian/vegan, a juggler and a hustler, this is definitely one episode not to be missed! Tune in to get to know this totally awesome woman over the most fun and real conversation. You can connect with Emily Gillies via the below social platforms.

The key gems to take away though are equally delicious :) remember, when everything is life is a choice, choose with the most conscious awareness towards more happiness, joy, lightness and freedom!
