I know all too well that we can get so excited during the goal-setting phase but then the excitement slowly dies down as we put those mentioned goals to the side and continue to be on autopilot into our day-to-day lives. I have used this goal-setting process and checklist to ensure my goals for the year, month, week (or whatever amount to time you have given yourself) to be physically and mentally achievable with the resources available to me.
